HR training boosts workplace fairness

The Ministry of Employment & Human Resource Planning, in collaboration with the University of Seychelles, has launched a series of capacity-building sessions for Human Resource (HR) practitioners. The initiative aims to equip HR professionals with the tools to design benefit structures that are fair, transparent, and beneficial to all workers.

The first training session, held yesterday morning at The Guy Morel Institute, focused on salary structures and job evaluation in the private sector.
