US national executive committee approves nominations of 26 candidates

The national executive committee of United Seychelles, meeting at its headquarters yesterday afternoon, has approved the nominations of its 26 candidates for the forthcoming National Assembly election.

The congress of United Seychelles will convene on Saturday August 22 at the International Conference Centre (ICCS) to formally endorse the candidates. The line-up includes former members of the National Assembly (MNA) as well as a new generation of leaders who will bring a wealth of experience to the 7th National Assembly.

United Seychelles is confident that all its candidates will work to bring to the people of Seychelles President Faure’s message of ‘Koste Pour Sesel’ so that together we can face the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
