National Assembly Speaker Nicholas Prea has refuted claims that he is resigning.

These past days, reports have been going around that Speaker Prea is resigning because of mounting disagreements with the Linyon Demokratik Seselwa (LDS) leadership and management and also because of the matter related to a decision concerning the clerk, Jutta Alexis.

Speaker Prea told Seychelles NATION: “I am not going to entertain rumours.”
