The handover of the cheque

Liam's Rainbow Foundation has received R25,000 from the KD Pillay Soundaravally Foundation that will go toward the construction of a play house for children living with terminal or debilitating illnesses.

It was Sashi Senthikumar, a trustee member of the KD Pillay Soundaravally Foundation, who presented the cheque to the chairperson of the Liam's Rainbow Foundation, Erica Rangasamy, in the presence of other individuals from both foundations.

The presentation was held in a short ceremony held at the construction site located between the Paediatric Ward of Seychelles Hospital and the Botanical Gardens, late yesterday afternoon amid heavy rainfall.
