Seychelles and Asante Kingdom strengthen cultural ties

A historic memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Manhyia Palace Museum and the Seychelles National Institute for Culture, Heritage and the Arts.

Signed last Saturday at the Manhyia Palace, Ghana, the agreement aims to fortify the historical, cultural, and artistic bonds between Seychelles and the Asante Kingdom.  

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) focuses on collaborative efforts in museum management, education and development, paving the way for a rich cultural exchange between the two nations.

Ivor Agyemang-Duah represented the Manhyia Palace Museum, while Emmanuel D'offay, executive director, and Stephanie Latulipe, event coordinator, signed on behalf of Seychelles.
