Seychelles showcases ECCE plan in Malawi |20 July 2026

The Minister for Education & Human Resource Development, Ambassador David Pierre, represented Seychelles at the 3rd Africa Foundational Learning Exchange (FLEX2026) in Lilongwe, Malawi, from July 15 to 17, 2026.
Convened by the Government of Malawi in partnership with the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA), the high-level summit was held under the theme ‘From Commitments to Results: Delivering Foundational Learning at Scale’. It brought together education ministers, policymakers, development partners and experts from across Africa to share knowledge, best practices and strengthen collaboration in advancing foundational learning.
