Seychelles takes centre stage at Global Industrial Summit in Russia

Seychelles is making its presence felt on the international stage as Minister for Industry & Enterprise, Geralda Desaubin, commenced a series of strategic engagements at the XVI International Industrial Exhibition (INNOPROM 2026), one of the world’s most influential industrial and innovation forums.

The visit follows the official mission to the Russian Federation undertaken by President Patrick Herminie in April this year, during which Minister Desaubin was part of the Seychellois delegation. During that visit, she received a personal invitation from Alexey Gruzdev, Deputy Minister for Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, to attend INNOPROM 2026. The invitation has now materialised, further demonstrating the strengthening relations between Seychelles and Russia.
