Takamaka community bids farewell to centenarian Regina Lepathy

Regina Lepathy, the Takamaka resident who celebrated her 101st birthday last year surrounded by family and friends, passed away on Sunday March 15, 2026.

Born on September 13, 1924, Mrs Lepathy lived a long life deeply rooted in faith, family and community. She spent her entire life in Takamaka and was known for her strong Catholic beliefs and devotion to church activities.
