George Camille marks 40 years of artistic practice with retrospective exhibition |14 April 2026

To mark four decades of his artistic journey and the 30th anniversary of his gallery, George Camille officially launched his retrospective exhibition titled ‘Moving forward, looking back’, on April 10 at the George Camille Gallery. The exhibition was formally opened by the Minister for Tourism and Culture, Amanda Bernstein.
Spanning four decades, the exhibition offers an insightful overview of Mr Camille’s career. It brings a rare opportunity to trace the evolution of his practice, rooted initially in exquisite draftsmanship and early printmaking, and gradually expanding into increasingly bold, expressive, and complex visual vocabulary.
