Seychelles’ delegation attends the 42nd ICAO assembly

Seychelles is being represented by a high-level delegation at the 42nd session of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) assembly in Montreal, Canada, that is expected to end today.

Leading the delegation is David Bianchi, principal secretary in the department of Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine (DCAPM) with Garry Albert, chief executive of the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA), as the alternate delegation head.
