Special spa treatment for the elderly

To commemorate the International Day of Older Persons on October 1, the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Family in partnership with the Rotary Club of Victoria organised a special spa day for elderly citizens yesterday at the ‘Day at the Spa’ centre located at the Aarti Chambers, in Victoria.
