Three baby girls born on New Year’s day |04 January 2022

Three baby girls were born during the first day of the New Year 2022.

The first at 7.31am weighed 2.6 kilos and she is the second child of Murielle Dine from Anse Aux Pins. According to the mother her baby, for whom she has not yet decided on a name, had come three weeks before the due date but the delivery was normal and without any problems.

At 10.52am the second baby girl was born and she weighed 3.3 kilos. She is also the second child of Keryl Mussard from Pointe Larue.

A third baby girl was born around 11.12am on that day.

Meanwhile this newspaper has been unable to confirm if more babies were born during the evening of the first day of 2022.
