Supreme Court grants Air Seychelles 21 days to continue negotiations with bond holders   |14 September 2021

The Supreme Court yesterday granted Air Seychelles’ request for more time to pursue out of court negotiations with its bond holders who have petitioned for the payment of US $76 million it invested into the national airline.

It was Air Seychelles’ lawyer Bernard Georges who made the request to the Court to get an additional 21 days to continue the negotiations.

The legal team representing the bond holders have also agreed to the additional time granted.

The case is expected to return to Court next month.
