Honorary consuls discover Pangia Beach |29 October 2016
The honorary consuls who were here this week for their annual conference, have had the chance to learn more about Pangia Beach, the high-end development of luxury beach apartments with marina on Mahé.
This was through a cocktail reception organised for them by the honorary consul of Cyprus in Seychelles, Georgia Van Heyste, who together with husband Vincent, are the developers of Pangia Beach.
The event, which was also attended by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for Finance, as well as ambassadors, took place at the Carana Beach.
As all these representatives of Seychelles were in the country, it was the perfect opportunity to introduce them to Pangia Beach. This exclusive project, consisting of 33 luxury beach apartments for sale, is conveniently situated between the airport and Victoria.
Designed by the internationally acclaimed architects of SAOTA, the contemporary island-style apartments enjoy panoramic views of the stunning islands of Sainte Anne and Cerf.
Pangia Beach also includes amenities such as direct beach access, a private marina, club house with infinity pool and a modern gym.
As with every Pangia Beach event, the attention to detail was immaculate. From the napkins, welcome cocktails to the coconut macaroons, the project’s signature colour, turquoise, was omnipresent at the reception.
Surrounding the pool, the developer placed a series of easels with visuals of the project, as well as hurricane lanterns with candles and decorative objects. It made for a wonderful setting to discover the latest and most prestigious residential development in Seychelles.
In a short speech, Vincent van Heyste gave a brief overview of the attractions of this beautiful development and an update on the current state of the project.
Guests learned that Laxmanbhai, the contractor, is making great progress on site and that Pangia Beach is quickly becoming a reality. In fact, the first apartments and the amenities, such as the clubhouse and infinity swimming pool, will be ready by September 2017.
With prices starting at $445,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, the units are selling well and only four apartments still remain for sale in Block A, the first block to be ready.
It was a successful evening and the guests left excited to help promote Seychelles and Pangia Beach in their respective home countries.
