Top tour operators enjoy Seychelles visit |10 January 2009

There were in total 16 tour operators along with 2 journalists from Gruber Reisen, Buy and Fly, Profi Reisen Verglas GMBH, Tui/Airtours Germany, Lets Go, Thika Travel, Scheizer Touristik, Beachcomber Germany, Seychelles Tourism Board (STB) and Air Seychelles.

With Creole Travel Services and Masons Travel organizing their transfers, the group had both an adventurous and relaxing time at the Ste Anne Resort.  They went on a bike ride to discover the island and had spa treatment at Sainte Anne Spa by Clarins listed as one of the best five spas in Seychelles by Travel Weekly.

They were hosted by Angel Fish and STB for a catamaran day trip the following day. Angel Fish sponsored the whole day trip and the tour operators had a picnic lunch, Robinson style, on Anonyme Island.

Though it rained a lot on that day, the participants had a fun time and ended with a short dancing competition on the catamaran.

STO for Germany, Edith Hunzinger, who also accompanied the group, felt that though they were not able to have the picnic on the beach as planned because of the rain, the event is one which the agents will remember for a while as they enjoyed dancing on the catamaran.
