Letter to the Editor-Hindu association: clarification of advert |07 October 2008

I would like this letter to be published in your esteemed newspaper to inform members of the public and members of the SHKS that:

The SHKS did not cause to be published the said advertisement in the Nation;
The SHKS did not hold any extraordinary general meeting on October 5 at Les Mamelles Community Centre or anywhere;

The SHKS did not elect a new sub-committee or any new committee whatsoever on October 5 at Les Mamelles Community Centre or anywhere;

Any public notice which the SHKS issues shall contain the association’s letterhead and be duly signed by the association’s chairman (Mr T. Shanmugun Pillay) or secretary (Mr K. Durai Pillay).
