Intelvision increases employees’ salary |07 February 2008

“Intelvision decided to make arrangements for the salary increase without any hesitation and is pleased to be among the first in the private sector to do,” a communiqué from Intelvision says.

Intelvision has further stated that apart from the structured salary increase announced by the government, Intelvision will go a step further by increasing the salary band which it applies to. 

According to Intelvision, employees in the salary band of SR2000 – 2900 will receive a SR400 increment in their salary, those in the salary band of SR2900 – 3900 will get an increase of SR300, those in the salary band of SR3900 – 4900 will benefit with an increase of SR200, while those in the salary band of SR4900 – 5900 will get a SR100 increase.

The communiqué says that the announcement was made to the employees by the CEO of Intelvision, Trishend Kambaran, during the company’s staff meeting held recently. 

The communiqué quotes Mr Kambaran as saying that the employees had worked very hard during the last year and fully deserved (the salary increment). 

The employees have greatly appreciated this gesture which they have described as “a motivation builder in reaching greater heights”, the communiqué adds.
