Out of the 18,189cumulative cases, 17,538 have recovered. Sadly the death toll has increased to 94. There were four Covid-19 related deaths this past week and they were aged between 71 and 88 years.

We are also pleased to see that our two main Covid-19 hospitals – the Family Hospital and the new coast guard facility are at 25% occupancy rate. We are urging the population to keep adhering to the health measures in place and to keep maintaining personal hygiene,” said Dr Gédéon.
The Ministry of Health is reminding people to wear face masks properly at all times, to washtheir hands regularly, to keep social distance as much as possible, to take the vaccines and stay home to protect themselves and others from the virus.
Remember if you are having any symptom, report to one of the health facilities to get tested!
