The President of the Republic, Wavel Ramkalawan, Vice-President Ahmed Afif and their families met with a group of seven doctors headed by Dr Robert Michel at State House yesterday to undergo Covid-19 tests. 

The Rapid Response Team successfully sampled the VIPs and their close relatives whereby swabs for PCR were taken and Rapid antibody tests were performed.

The Office of the President is glad to announce that all Rapid Tests were negative for both IgM and IgG antibodies.

All samples have been delivered to Seychelles Public Health Laboratory for processing.
