The donation of mattresses

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, it's more than ever important to support those in our community that are most in need. The Retailers Association has been doing an amazing and selfless job of distributing much needed items to combat the spread of the virus, and to support key workers on the front line.

Club Liberte and 5 Spices Restaurant are happy to lend support to The Retailers Association by donating mattresses for the homeless and those in need.

Tommy Gibbons, general manager, said: “We are a big part of the community and that means during unprecedented times like this, we need to pull together and help in any way possible to keep everyone safe. We hope our gesture brings those people the much needed comfort and safety.”

The mattresses donated on April 17 have been distributed to The Brother Dudes housing women from domestic abuse and the Seychelles Red Cross.
