Deaf Art Expo celebrates creativity and connection |03 October 2026

The National Arts Council Gallery came alive on Wednesday afternoon as the Deaf Art Expo 2026 officially opened, celebrating identity, creativity and the power of artistic expression.

Visitors were welcomed by striking artworks displayed on sheets of newsprint, where headlines and stories provided a unique backdrop to bold colours and creative expression.
