Ministry launches first Senior Citizens National Forum

The Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands has officially launched its first Senior Citizens National Forum, a milestone initiative aimed at strengthening the role of older citizens in community life and ensuring their voices are heard at the national level.

The event, held yesterday afternoon, was attended by Special Advisor Dan Frichot and Principal Secretary Vicky Van der Westhuizen, who emphasised the government’s commitment to the welfare and contributions of senior citizens.
