CCCL Inquiry hears victims’ accounts
Six residents of Petit Paris yesterday appeared before the Commission of Inquiry into the Civil Construction Company Limited (CCCL) explosion of December 7, 2023. Samuel Gappy, Christina Gappy, Mireille Labrosse and Niloufer Albert testified in open session, while two other witnesses gave evidence in camera. The session took place at the Court of Appeal conference room, Palais de Justice, Île du Port.
