Climate resilience tops Seychelles’ message at AU Summit

The Minister for Foreign Affairs & the Diaspora, Barry Faure, intervened on the African Union Summit theme of the year ‘Ensuring Sustainable Water Availability and Safe Sanitation Systems to achieve the goals of Agenda 2063’ and commended the commission for the progress achieved towards implementation of the theme with the recent launch of the Africa Vision and Policy 2063.

He also called for increased climate resilient water infrastructure and inclusion of the blue economy agenda within this theme.
