1,008 homes planned for Ile Aurore by 2029
The Government of Seychelles yesterday signed a landmark agreement with NBCC (India) Limited for the construction of 1,008 affordable housing units under Phase One of the Ile Aurore Housing Development Project.
The signing ceremony took place at the Office of the Vice‑President at State House. Secretary of state for Lands, Housing & Infrastructure Joseph François signed on behalf of the government, while NBCC executive director Pradeep Sharma signed for the Indian company.
