• Dianne Henriette crowned top performer across Constance Hotels & Resorts
Constance Ephelia celebrated the achievements of its latest graduates during the BRIGHT Graduation Ceremony on Friday, recognising employees who successfully completed the hospitality group’s flagship leadership development programme.
The highlight of the evening was the outstanding performance of Dianne Henriette, Housekeeping Coordinator at Constance Ephelia, who emerged as the overall top performer across Constance Hotels & Resorts.
Henriette received five awards: Best Project at Constance Ephelia – BRIGHT Level 1; Best Performance – BRIGHT Level 1; Best Project Destination; Best Score Destination; and Best Score Across Constance Hotels & Resorts.
A mother of two, Ms Henriette first worked at Constance Ephelia for seven years before joining another hotel. She returned on September 1, 2021, and now serves as Housekeeping Coordinator. She said she enjoys working at the resort because it is close to home and offers a welcoming environment: “I feel at ease here.”
Completing the BRIGHT Level 1 programme required balancing work, studies, and family life. Ms Henriette credited her mother for helping care for her children: “I am grateful to my mum who helped look after my two children while I completed my studies.”
She admitted she never expected to receive so many awards, especially being named the highest scorer across the group: “I will keep doing my work with honesty and dedication and will see where it brings me.”
