Seychelles presides over AP-COI Plenary in Madagascar

From May 20–22, 2026, a delegation of the National Assembly of Seychelles, led by Hon. Philip Monthy, attended the Plenary Meeting of the Association des Parlements des États membres de la COI (AP-COI) and a thematic seminar on Artificial Intelligence in Governance in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Hon. Monthy was accompanied by Hon. Nelsia Balisa-Lepathy and Research Officer Emma Didon.
