FPAC wraps up audit review with Finance ministry

The Finance and Public Accounts Committee (FPAC) of the National Assembly held its final session yesterday with the Ministry of Finance, National Planning and Trade, focusing on audit findings highlighted in the Auditor General’s Report 2024.

Representing the ministry were Secretary of State Patrick Payet, principal secretary for Finance Astride Tamatave, Comptroller General Jude Commettant, and Accountant General Karine Cassime. Auditor General Gamini Herath and his team were also present.
