Minister Laporte visits southern districts to assess transport-related issues

Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation Minister, Veronique Laporte, on Tuesday began a series of visits to districts in southern Mahé to assess road infrastructure projects, public transport services and other transport-related concerns requiring attention.

The visits covered Pointe Larue, Takamaka and Baie Lazare, with a focus on road infrastructure projects undertaken by the Seychelles Land Transport Agency (SLTA), bus services operated by the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC), and matters falling under the department of Land Transport.
