Seychelles explores culture, tourism cooperation at high-level seminar in China

Seychelles shared experiences and explored new approaches to culture-based tourism at the Seminar on the Integrated Development of Culture and Tourism for African Countries, which took place in Beijing from October 29 to November 4, 2026.

Organised by the Central Academy of Cultural and Tourism Administration, the seminar brings together African representatives to examine China’s experience in connecting cultural heritage, technology and tourism. Principal secretary for Tourism, Sherin Francis, led the Seychelles delegation.
