Minister Alexander strengthens public-private dialogue with Seychelles Commercial Bank

Expanding on recent engagements with the finance and offshore sector, the Minister for Employment & Human Resource Planning, Idith Alexander, visited the Seychelles Commercial Bank as part of her ongoing strategy to unify partnerships across key economic pillars.

The visit, which took place on Friday, April 10, began with roundtable discussions with the bank’s leadership, followed by interactions with staff at the Providence, Avenue Building, and Orion Mall branches. Conversations with the chief executive and senior officers focused on leadership conduct at middle management level and strategies to attract young talent.
