Seychelles’ endemic slug among finalists
The Seychelles Islands Foundation has proudly announced that the endemic mollusc, the Seychelles White Slug (Filicaulis seychellensis), has achieved international recognition.
It has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious International Mollusc of the Year 2026 competition, organised by the Senckenberg Research Institute and Natural History Museum.
