A number of Airtel Seychelles employees were recognised by the telecommunications company yesterday, during its third Customer Service Awards.
Held at Airtel House, the event served to recognise agents and leaders who have displayed loyalty and served the organisation dedicatedly to protect and market the brand.
Several employees were awarded for having exercised their duties with passion and devotion, and who have made a remarkable impact in specific areas. Romana Laporte was awarded for sales, while Virginie Banane stood out in Airtel Money and Outdoor Unite (ODU). Kathleen Berlouis was also awarded for customer service and interaction.
Managing director of Airtel Seychelles, Eddy Kapuku, said the company’s intention with the award is to thank the team for the remarkable improvement in the way that the company serves its customers.
