Seychelles marks World Autism Awareness Day with focus on inclusion and human dignity   

Seychelles will join the international community in observing World Autism Awareness Day today, with renewed focus on inclusion, dignity and the rights of persons on the autism spectrum.

Observed annually on April 2 and led globally by the United Nations, this year’s commemoration is being held under the theme ‘Autism and Humanity – Every Life Has Value.’ The theme highlights the need to move beyond awareness toward meaningful acceptance and equal opportunities for individuals living with autism.
