Grand Anse Praslin primary marks World Meteorological Day

A group of pupils from Grand Anse Praslin primary school took part in a special session yesterday to mark World Meteorological Day, learning about weather, climate and the role of meteorology in everyday life.
World Meteorological Day is celebrated on March 23, marking the coming into force of the convention that established the World Meteorological Organisation on that day in 1950. The activity, held at the primary school, was also graced by the presence of a group of Praslin secondary students.
