SIF’s new board appointed

Alain De Comarmond is the new chair of the board of trustees of the Seychelles Islands Foundation.

The other members of the board are: Brigadier General Jean Attala, Romano Laurence, Sheriffa Morel, Rodney Quatre, Christophe Edmond, Ambassador Ronny Jumeau, Elgin Crea, Dr Anna Spenceley, Professor Nick Graham, Dr Fanny Douvere, Dr Karl Campbell and Nathalie Didon.

The Trustees have been appointed for a three-year period, effective from January 7, 2026.

The appointments were announced by the Office of the President yesterday.

The President also thanked the outgoing board members for the invaluable contributions made to the Seychelles Islands Foundation (SIF) during their period of service.
