Tourism drives Seychelles’ economy, but small hotels are often on the frontline when crises like the one happening in the Middle East strike. This new development has added new pressures on travel and local businesses.

Seychelles NATION spoke to the chairperson of the Seychelles Small Hotels and Establishments Association (SSHEA), Peter Sinon, to learn how these establishments are weathering the storm and planning for the future.
