Belonie secondary wins Lazare Picault Award

Belonie secondary school has emerged victorious in the Lazare Picault Award project, with Praslin secondary school named runner‑up.
The awards were presented during a ceremony held yesterday at the National Theatre, Mont Fleuri, in the presence of the Minister for Education and Human Resource Development, David Pierre, and other ministry officials.
The Lazare Picault Award competition, conducted under the national initiative ‘Recounting Seychelles’, forms part of a broader effort to document and preserve the country’s rich and diverse history.
