Fregate Island hosts youth conservation visit for Inner Islands’ youngsters

Thirteen boys and girls aged 11 to 17 from Praslin and La Digue recently enjoyed a five-hour adventure exploring Fregate Island’s natural environment and conservation efforts.

The visit formed part of a youth development and cultural heritage programme led by the local non-governmental organisation, Unique Foundation, which aims to give young people hands-on exposure to conservation, nature, and Seychellois cultural traditions.
