Radiation: A force for good when used wisely |29 January 2026

When most people hear the word radiation, they think of danger of nuclear accidents, mutations, or invisible threats. Nevertheless, the reality is that radiation has always been part of our world. It comes from the sun that warms us, from the soil beneath our feet and even from naturally occurring elements inside our own bodies.
