UniSey to undergo major renovations over six months |24 January 2026

The University of Seychelles is set to undergo extensive renovations lasting four to six months. The announcement was made yesterday by Vice-Chancellor Joëlle Perreau during a media briefing at the Anse Royale campus.

She explained that the works are urgently needed, as the campus faces infrastructure challenges that risk disrupting daily operations and learning conditions. The main building, constructed in 1983, has only seen minor upgrades over the years.
