South African high commissioner pays courtesy call on President Herminie
The South African high commissioner to Seychelles, Dr Hlamalani Nelly Manzini, paid a courtesy call on President Patrick Herminie at State House yesterday morning. The visit was to congratulate him on his victory in last year’s general elections and his appointment as Seychelles’ new Head of State.
