At the Domaine de Lagrave, the first light of morning slid along the Mauritian hills. The mist enveloped the trees, footsteps echoed on the still-damp paths, and already conversations were awakening – timid, curious, coming from the four corners of the Indian Ocean.

It was in this suspended atmosphere that The Move Biodiversity took place, organised by Cap Business Océan Indien from December 2 to 5, 2025. A space designed to allow the islands of the Indian Ocean – so close on a map but still so distant in reality – to truly meet.
