A total of 89 students who have successfully completed their respective programmes of study at certificate, diploma, undergraduate and post-graduate degree levels with the University of Seychelles graduated yesterday morning.

The ceremony, which was held at the auditorium of the University of Seychelles (UniSey), Anse Royale, was attended by President Patrick Herminie, First Lady Veronique Herminie, cabinet ministers, dignitaries, members of the diplomatic corps, and the graduates’ loved ones. 

In starting, Vice-Chancellor Joelle Perreau congratulated the graduates, urging that they remain rooted in their identity, open, responsible, and brave. “Your education at the University of Seychelles was never just about absorbing information. It was about learning to think critically about the issues that matter most in our country.
