Kalsey Belle at the helm of Seychelles sports |08 November 2025

Kalsey Belle, aged 33, was officially sworn in as Seychelles’ new Sports Minister on Thursday, marking a historic milestone as the youngest individual to hold this important portfolio.

She replaces Marie-Céline Zialor, who served as Minister for Youth, Sports and Family since October 2020.

The transition signals a fresh chapter for Seychelles’ sports and youth development initiatives, with Minister Belle bringing a dynamic blend of academic excellence, international experience, and athletic accomplishment to the role.
