Thirty youths and adults living with disabilities received their certificates in an emotion-filled ceremony at the Vocational Training Centre, North East Point, yesterday, after completing several workshops over a six-month period.
The workshops were led by Beatitudes Seychelles, a non-governmental organisation whose main objective is to help people with special needs.
