Seychelles showcases ocean leadership at WIOMSA symposium

Seychelles once again demonstrated its leadership in marine science and conservation at the 13th Western Indian Ocean Marine Science Association Scientific Symposium, held from September 28 to October 3, 2025, in Mombasa, Kenya.

The region’s flagship scientific event brought together hundreds of ocean experts, policymakers, and community leaders to share knowledge and strengthen collaboration for a sustainable Western Indian Ocean.
