Diplomacy, development and cultural exchange mark celebrations

The Chinese embassy hosted a reception yesterday evening to mark the 76th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China.
The event at the Chinese ambassador’s new residence, Panda House, Sans Soucis, was attended by President Wavel Ramkalawan and First Lady Linda Ramkalawan, Vice-President Ahmed Afif and his wife Stella Afif, members of the diplomatic corps and other distinguished guests.
