Laliberté political party names new vice-presidential candidate
• Allan Dogley replaces Patrick Deiss
Allan Dogley has been named the new vice-presidential candidate of the Laliberté political party and will run alongside Vincent Padayachy, the party’s presidential candidate, in the September 2025 elections.
Mr Dogley replaces Patrick Deiss, who was initially announced in June 2025 as the party’s vice-presidential candidate but is no longer able to participate after his name failed to appear on the voters’ register.
