Court of Appeal closes second term
The Court of Appeal closed its second term for the year yesterday morning, with the delivery of judgments in cases heard during the August session.
The sitting was led by President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Anthony Fernando, who reflected on the progress made, and outlined the challenges and priorities for the months ahead.
